Well I am now living in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands with Kelly thanks to St Dunstan's
I am also doingILs (Independent living skills) Which includes
- Mobility
learning to get around useing a white cane includeing public transport
- Cooking
Just basic meals right now but i hope to improve with time, I've only burned my self three times so far.
- Brail
I am most of the way through grade 2
The Cadet Menary Site is going under a big face lift to make navigation easier as well as offer more to the visitors, we hope to have this work completed very soon.
- Changes made so far
- Access Keys
We added Access Key's (Short Cut) to allow visitors that use speech software to jump around the page useing key strokes
- Color Skeem
We have changed the color Skeem of the whole site
- Navigation & Jump 2 Menus
We have changed the Jump 2 and Navigation links which were on each page into Drop down menus to make the site less clutterd and easier to Navigate
- Audio Tags
We have added Audio Tags (Clips) to most of our pages and will be adding them to all, to help users confirm the page / section they are visiting.
We are aware most of the changes are aimed at makeing the site more accessable for blind computer users but we hope the clean and easier site will also help sighted visitors .
CM Radio is soon going to be a 24 Hour station, Work is going on behind the seen to allow music to be broadcasted non stop as well as more DJ's. CM Radio is now also linked with I4L Radio
